“I have shopped 6-7 times. I have never had a problem with any of them. In my last order, they sent me a missing product. They did not send my product even though they charged the full price. I sent an email because there might be a mistake. No response. I wrote on Instagram and got an automatic response. I also sent an email to the email address in the automatic response, still no response. A good company as long as you do not have a problem. If you have a problem, you cannot find anyone. There are many companies selling at the same prices. It makes more sense to shop from a company that has a customer representative.”

“I changed companies to Discount cream because they couldn't be beaten on price, and I mean to the tune of £2 per kilo of beans! It was all about the price for me, until I ordered my coffee beans, then my priorities changed. The customer enquiries team were fantastic! The delivery was so speedy! Wait for it...then the coffee beans, they literally are the nicest, most fresh & creamy, with a strong, pure coffee taste bean I have ever bought. Thank you so much 5* for me all the way!”
