“After seeing feedback on trust reviews wasnt sure if i should order but seems like its pretty much hit or miss- if you get what you want youre pretty well done. But if not then its pain to deal with customer service. Luckily i was in the first group and everything came what i ordered and plus 2£ mystery item which came out to be really nice banana puree concetrate. Really nice”

“The very first order was fie,we as husband and wive run a buisness from home ,however te 2nd and 3rd batch of them didn't throuff up and sustaine the taste of our nornammy great coffees . Somethings changed but I don't know what . Regards”

“The cream is brilliant I made ice cream perfect with this powder great value for money fast delivery great service. just buy and you'll see how nice and smooth this cream is.five out of five only problem the bag was burst open and all the powder well most of it was in box and delivery van but still enjoyed it”

“The courier that is used by discount cream (evri) is unreliable for next day day delivery and can sometimes lose pavkages completely so my recommendation is don't order from here if you need your items in the next couple of days from when you place your order.”

“Very poor service. Had to chase my order up after approx 10 days, to be told that the order was damaged in transit and they don’t have anymore of the items I requested in stock. So if I hadn’t chased this up I probably wouldn’t have had my issue resolved. Thankfully I chased it up, will say the refund process was very quick and simple. But would have preferred more transparency from the company rather then me having to chase them.”

“Nobody to call. Email responses take too long for a response. Deliveries are regularly missing items with the excuse being 'the item was damaged'. Whilst damage can happen there is no mechanism to notify the business. As you can appreciate when orders arrive staff place them away and it is extremely difficult to always check the unreliable orders. Once communicated they do send a replacement but unless you contact them they wont reimburse you or make any effort to contact. This is a massive failure and there needs to be measures in place to contact businesses with non delivery.”
