“Horrifically hard to communicate with, item never turned up, emails took days to respond to, phones never got answered, eventually got refunded with no explanation or apology. Service in the emails was defensive at best In response to how did I communicate with the company I would like to put “with great difficulty” however that isn’t an option”

“To be honest, I discovered DC unintentionally but am very pleasantly surprised and glad I did! I wasn't looking for toppings, syrups, teas etc etc but for CO2 cannisters etc to deal with a recent speight of bicycle punctures, spot on! Moreover, arrived quickly, even better! And I'll take a look at their other things, knowing all will be well!”
