“Dispatch and delivery was as stated. Great value for the money would order again and recommend the seller. Wasn't happy with the courier as rang on doorbell then left parcel before we opened the door. But this as no effect on the seller”

“Have not recieved my order,it has been cancelled due to rediculous I,D requests im just fed up now and want a refund! I'm nearly 40 and couldn't place my order with a passport, bank card and provisional driving licence ! Then they wanted me to go on WhatsApp which I don't even have so I give up eventually. Still not received a refund or my order”

As you bought an age restricted 18+ product, we are required to age verify you. This is done automatically, however, you failed verification so we need to request further information. We use WhatsApp as it is secure for sending personal documents. You haven't replied to our last request for ID and did not ask for a refund so the order is still pending ID verification. I will have the cancellation processed and you will be refunded immediately.
