“Due to a difference in the description of the item we wished to purchase and the picture of the item in your online catalog the agent who I spoke to via your chat line took it upon himself to visit the store where the item was held to view the item to see if the written description matched the picture in the online catalogue and agreed with me that it was incorrect by actually viewing the item. Excellen work by your agent. first class agent. we were able to order the item and received it next day and it was what we wanted to purchase.”
