“Hasn't come with a plug. Expect to be told it was fitted wrongly if it breaks in warranty. Haven't dared fit one and plug in which is necessary”

Hi Sarah, This product does not come with a plug top as it needs to be fitted to a Switched Spur by an Electrician and really shouldn't be just plugged in, Regards, Andy.

Hi Julia, Sorry for the issue you have had, we only carry the V2 newer versions and have done for quite a while now, we have no notes on your order to say you asked for a V1 version and you didnt inform us of any problems? Regards, Andy.
