“My order was placed 9/8 . I am due to receive it later today 16/8. having first been told it was being delivered on 12/8. Fault with DHL I know not you - but I thought you should know.”

“I stil weaithing my items when they come home now one athome they sending me text messages check your local shop where they left but I have checked them therey said cam back tomorrow but I’m sure it’s lost I am going back to them again tomorrow”

“The company and products are ok. However, the stress caused by the clowns at DHL not only failing to deliver on two separate days, they then delivered to a property 400 metres away and the package was found by chance days later after having been out in the rain.”

“Purchased items using the limited information / image on the website, upon arrival discovered they were unsuitable for intended use and requested a refund. Items returned tracked and signed for. Had to prompt them to issue the refund as still hadn't been done a month after returned items had been signed for. Now refusing to refund delivery charges as required by consumer contract law.”

“A part of the bundle I purchased was missing. They won't take responsibility for it and so I have to spend another £100+ to purchase the part separately. Very disappointed customer. I would really not recommend them to anyone. Especially as I had called their sales team before purchase to confirm the package inclusion.”
