“Superb. They were actually recommended to me by my electrical contractor. Ordered smoke alarms - they were dispatched immediately and received within 7 days - and this period covered Christmas Day/ Boxing Day/ Bank Holiday. Will definitely use again.”

“Being in the electrical installation trade, pricing is very important however when my order was delivered late this has a massive knock on effect with my working week, and the customer who was waiting for me to install the products. When I stated I needed next day delivery, this should have happened …. If the carrier you use can’t keep this promise then don’t say it will be !”

Hi Chris, Sorry for the issue with delivery , the order was placed with us on Friday 16/12 PM, our couriers do not deliver weekends this should have been pointed out to you, but was delivered on Monday 19/12 PM, Regards, Andy.
