“From my first phone call, which was answered very quickly, my query was dealt with very politely and efficiently. I immediately placed my order online and I received regular notifications as to the progress of my order. The delivery arrived the very next day, very well packaged, and no damage. They were the cheapest by far for the products I ordered. What more can you ask for, excellent service from start to finish, very happy. A well deserved 5 Stars.”

“An LED strip lamp, one of several purchased two years ago and first connected 16 months ago, stopped working after very little use. I contacted Shop4E. Without quibble, I was told that these lamps had a four-year guarantee, and was offered a replacement. This arrived within 48 hours. The previous plug fitted the new lamp, and the dimensions were the same too, so neither rewiring nor refitting was needed. There must have been some cost to the company in doing this. Excellent service, thank you.”

“The cheapest price by far for what I was after (bathroom extractor fan and fitting accessories) and arrived within a day - communication was great on despatch and delivery too. Glad I found you, I'll be back again!”

“Prompt next day delivery but unfortunately the item was faulty and they wouldn't send out a replacement or refund until they received the faulty one back. This was delayed due to the weather which I understand but as it was the first order placed with them and items are obviously not quality checked before dispatch we won't be ordering again. 2 stars given for prompt delivery and polite customer service staff but overall experience unsatisfactory.”
