“Despite the fact my first attempt to unlock a TracFone by Motorola was unsuccessful, direct unlocks gave me credits for both charges so I could unlock a different phone. On the next attempt to unlock an iPhone SE the process went smooth and the phone is unlocked. I will definitely use direct unlocks again!”

Sometimes the bank can decline a transaction if it is a transaction not consistent with your usual spending habits. They usually send a text or email asking you to confirm the transaction before attempting again. I'm happy to see you managed to make the payment in the end :)
