To finish: insert a non-AT&T SIM and the phone should prompt for the unlock code — then enter the NCK. If asked for a master code, enter the MCK. As our terms state, “Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions.” If your phone doesn’t prompt, try a different incompatible SIM or restart the device, then reply here and I’ll help troubleshoot.

“I was really hoping to have my phone unlocked by this company. I paid as requested then a day later was requested to need to pay more and the same day requested to pay more. End of the story I paid almost $350 BUT after 6 days customer service escalated my unlocking service and within 3 hours Tada phone is sim unlocked! So I love this company not just like. Customer service is great getting back to any questions you have. Just please read the fine print before considering anything.”
