Please follow the iPhone unlock steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — once you’ve done that, your phone should be unlocked. If it still shows a message or won’t accept the new SIM, reply with the exact message or a photo/screenshot and I’ll check it for you right away.
