Hello there, I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated with the process. I want to clarify that there are two separate payments involved in our unlocking service. The first payment is for the Eligibility Check to ensure that your phone can be unlocked, and this cost is outlined on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase. If your phone is eligible, a second payment is required for the actual Unlocking Service. We aim for transparency with our pricing and apologize if this was not clear. I would love to check on your order status and assist you further. However, I'll need your IMEI number to do so. Could you please provide it, or use the Live Support option on your tracking page for immediate assistance? We're committed to helping you and would like to get this resolved to your satisfaction. Kind regards, Charlotte

Total SCAM company. Quote you a price, and then charge you more to do what they say they'll do for the first quote. Supposed to unlock in a day or two. After 10 days, they come back and tell me I have to pay for a PREMIUM SERVICE above the TWO charges I have already paid to unlock my phone. TOTAL SCAM! WALK AWAY!

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear you’ve had a less than satisfactory experience with us. It can indeed be frustrating when things don’t go as expected, and I appreciate the chance to clarify the situation for you. From your message, it sounds like your unlock process required an upgrade to our Premium Service after the initial eligibility check and Standard Service payment. This can occasionally happen due to certain network criteria or handset specifics uncovered during the unlocking process – which are sometimes not apparent until the actual work begins. While we strive to be transparent with costs and timeframes from the outset, our service descriptions and Terms and Conditions do mention that delivery times and additional costs can arise based on factors found during unlocking. Specifically, Section 7.3 of our terms and conditions states that eligibility checks, which are essential for understanding the phone's status, and unlocking costs are immediate and not eligible for a refund. However, if a Premium Service fails to unlock your phone, as stated in Section 7.9, you are entitled to a full refund of both Standard and Premium payments. I understand how important it is for you to use your phone freely, and we aim to help you achieve that. If your order status is awaiting the Premium Service payment, and you wish to continue, we will do our utmost to complete the unlocking as quickly as possible. However, if you no longer want to proceed, we respect your decision. If you can provide your IMEI number, I’d be glad to look into your case specifically and guide you accordingly. Without it, it's difficult to address your concerns precisely. Please also consider using the Live Support on your tracking page for more immediate assistance. We value your business and hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Warm regards, Charlotte

I also was scammed and told it would only cost $28.99 to unlock my phone then found it was only an eligibility fee to see if my phone was eligible and that it met all criteria to release the unlock I have the email stating so, then said they needed $50 to unlock my phone at the standard service and came back with it not being unlocked and said I now have to pay $322.00 to 100% unlock the phone all of a sudden? This was not advertised when I was going thru the motions of trying to unlock my device. Now they only offer not a refund but a credit of what I already spend $88.18 towards attempting an unlock on another eligible device. This is a scam!! And I’ve reported them to BBB to try and resolve a refund. I feel if I dispute it with my bank they may try and blacklist my phone. Beware of being up charged.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced with the unlocking process. I'd like to assure you that it was never our intention to mislead you, and our aim is always to provide clear information to our customers. Regarding the costs, the initial $28.99 is for the eligibility check to determine whether your phone can be unlocked and that it meets the network criteria, as mentioned in section 7.3 of our terms. After that, the unlocking fee is required to proceed with the unlocking service. The shift to a higher fee for a 100% unlock can occur if the standard service doesn't succeed and a premium service is necessary. This is outlined in section 15.1 of the terms, though I appreciate it can be unexpected news. While we do not provide refunds for eligibility checks as they are part of a provided service, if your standard unlock has not been successful, according to our refund policy section 7.9, the payments for that could be refunded back to your card if premium service attempts have been made and failed. We certainly wouldn't want any action taken against your phone such as blacklisting for disputing a charge - our goal is to resolve your issue satisfactorily. I would strongly recommend using the Live Support option on your tracking page to discuss this further. They will need your IMEI number to look into your specific case in detail and provide the optimum solution. If there is anything else I can assist you with, please let me know – I'm here to help. Best regards, Charlotte

Scan, they charged me $28.99, stated the device will be unlocked in 24 hours, then asked to pay additional $50, as my credit company flagged this site/company as fraudulent, I had to try with 4 different cards information, worrying now they will use all my credit cards numbers and code for more fraudulent charges. Had to cancel all credit cards and request for new cards. It is way after 24 hours now, my device is still locked. Charged payment, no service provided.

Dear Lin Luo, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. I’m sorry to hear about the frustration you’ve experienced. I understand that waiting longer than expected and dealing with payment issues can be quite stressful. Regarding the unlocking process, our service includes an initial Eligibility Check to ensure that your iPhone 13 Pro Max can be unlocked from AT&T USA's network. This check was the $28.99 payment which, as you mentioned, has been refunded to you. I understand the surprise of an additional payment request. As clarified in our terms, all phones require an Eligibility Check first, followed by an Unlocking Payment. We ensure all costs are transparent and outlined on the checkout page before any purchase is made. We take the security of our customers' payment information very seriously. I assure you, we do not store credit card details and follow strict data protection regulations to prevent any misuse of your personal information. Since your order status shows "Already Refunded," I encourage you to reach out to our support team if you need further assistance with the unlocking process or any other concerns related to the additional payment. Our goal is to provide a positive outcome for you. Warm regards, Charlotte Customer Review Service Agent

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the payment process. I'd like to clarify the costs associated with our unlocking service. As outlined on our checkout page prior to purchase, all phones require an initial Eligibility Check, which is the initial payment you mentioned. Following this, if your phone is eligible for unlocking, there is an Unlocking Payment to complete the service. These two separate payments allow us to first verify if your phone can be unlocked and then to proceed with the actual unlocking process. I assure you that all costs are disclosed upfront, and we are committed to transparency with our customers. If your order status is 'awaiting payment', it means that your phone has passed the eligibility check and is ready for the unlocking process. Completing this step will allow us to unlock your phone, enabling you to use it with different networks. We understand that encountering unexpected costs can be frustrating, but we aim to provide a valuable service that allows your phone to have the freedom from a specific carrier. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to use the Live Support on your tracking page. We're here to ensure a positive experience. Best regards, Charlotte

Direct unlock charge me $28.99 for the service but requested for additional $91 to complete the process which I paid. However, my phone was never unlocked and has requested more payment from me which I turned down. I requested a refund but was offered lifetime credit for payments made. Who needs lifetime credit when they could not do it the first time. THIS SERVICE IS TOTALLY BOGUS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hello, I'm truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with our unlocking service. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and successful unlock for each customer, and I apologize that it didn't work out in this instance. Regarding the additional payment you've mentioned, I'd like to clarify that, as stated in our terms and conditions, the Eligibility Check is the first step which incurs a charge. If your phone is eligible for unlocking, a subsequent Unlocking Payment is required to proceed with the actual unlock service. Each step is outlined on the checkout page before any purchase is made to ensure full transparency. I understand that not having your phone unlocked after the completion of payments can be frustrating. Based on our Refund Policy, if our technicians are ultimately unable to unlock your phone, you are indeed entitled to a refund. However, if instead you were offered a lifetime credit, this typically suggests that our services were rendered but may not have resulted in a successful unlock due to specific issues outside of our control. As I don't have your IMEI number or order details, I'm unable to check the status of your unlock request myself. To address your specific case and resolve your concerns, please reach out to our Live Support through your tracking page. They will be able to assist you directly and provide you with the information relevant to your order. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and we'd like to help rectify the situation. Please contact our Live Support so we can better assist you. Best regards, Charlotte

Saludos cordiales, Carlota

Hello Brigid, I'm truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our service. It seems that there has been a misunderstanding regarding the process and outcomes of the unlocking service provided by Direct Unlocks. I see that you have already gone through the Eligibility Check and paid the Standard Unlock fee for your iPhone 12 Mini locked to Vodafone Ireland. However, as your order status is "Hard-Locked," I would like to clarify that as per our policy, hard-locked phones do not qualify for a monetary refund but are instead eligible for a credit note (as mentioned in section 7.5 of the terms and conditions). This credit note is issued in good faith, allowing you to use our other services in the future, which might include a different unlock or one of the various services we offer. I understand that you may not require another service immediately, but our customer support team is here to assist you and address any concerns you have. Kindly give us the opportunity to make things right by continuing communication with us. We value your business and would like to resolve this to your satisfaction. Please respond to us via email, and we'll do our best to assist you further. Warm regards, Charlotte

Hello, We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the service pricing. Each step in the unlocking process has associated costs which are outlined on the checkout page before any purchase is made. Initially, there is an Eligibility Check fee, and if eligible, there's an Unlocking Payment. Any additional charges could be related to the type of service required for specific phones, such as Remote USB Unlocks for certain models. If your status is awaiting payment, this means that the initial check has been completed and we're ready to proceed with the unlocking process. We'd like to ensure that your experience is positive and would encourage you to use the Live Support on your tracking page for assistance tailored to your order, especially if you believe there has been a misunderstanding. Please also provide us with your IMEI number through the Live Support so we can review your specific case and give you the best possible advice on how to proceed. Thank you for reaching out, and we look forward to assisting you further. Best regards, Charlotte

Hello, I'm truly sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with our service. Our goal is always to ensure a smooth unlock process and clear communication with our customers. According to our Refund Policy, if it's determined that we cannot unlock your phone and it meets our refund criteria, you are entitled to a refund. With that said, it sounds like your unlock request may still be awaiting further action or payment, as all phones require an Eligibility Check first, followed by an Unlocking Payment. I would really like to check on the status of your order to provide you with more specific assistance. However, without your IMEI number, it's difficult for me to address your concerns accurately. Could you please provide your IMEI number or use the Live Support feature on your tracking page? Our team is ready to assist you further in resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Your experience is important to us, and we're committed to making it right.

Hello Marcelo, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand it can be frustrating when the cost to unlock your iPhone 11 from T-Mobile USA is higher than initially expected. I'd like to clarify that the initial payment of $28.99 covers the Eligibility Check, confirming that your phone can be unlocked. The subsequent $45.00 you paid is for the Standard Unlock service. As stated on our checkout page, if your iPhone doesn't meet certain criteria, a Premium Service may be required at an additional cost, which seems to be the case with your order as it currently stands at "Awaiting Payment for Premium Service". While I can appreciate that the additional cost for the Premium Service was not anticipated, please rest assured that these steps are necessary to ensure a successful unlock of certain iPhones, particularly when they don't meet the network’s standard criteria for unlocking. Our aim is to provide a complete unlocking solution and we strive to do so with transparency regarding our fees, which are outlined during the checkout process. If you decide to go ahead with the Premium Service, we will do our utmost to ensure your iPhone is unlocked, and you can take solace in knowing that this service, like our Standard Service, is backed by our refund policy for any failed attempts. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We value your business and hope to help you resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Kind regards, Charlotte

This is a true scam. on the first page of their website you hit a button to unlock your SIM card. They explain how it's super easy and done instantly. You pay the fee which is $29 and then you get no email about your order. after I receive no email I emailed them wondering why the service was not provided even though I paid. I never got a response and then I went back to the website where they have a tool to track your order. when I tracked my order they come up with a page saying to give them $45 more. basically they charge you $29 saying they're going to unlock your phone but it is a scam all they do is check that your IMEI is clean. They never unlock your phone. The reason I knew right away something was wrong was because I never received an email verifying my order. They are a scam I do not suggest you use them.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns about your recent experience with our service. I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered some confusion regarding the process. It's extremely important to us that our customers have a clear understanding of the service they are receiving. To clarify, there are two separate payments involved in the unlocking process. The initial fee is for the Eligibility Check, which is conducted to ensure that your phone can be unlocked and that it is not blacklisted or already unlocked. Following a positive eligibility result, the actual unlocking process requires a separate payment. I understand it can be frustrating not to receive an email confirmation; sometimes, these emails can end up in spam or junk folders. If you haven't already, please check those folders to ensure the communication hasn't been missed. Furthermore, if you haven't received the services you've paid for or if there's any other aspect of the service you're unhappy with, we'd like to invite you to contact our Live Support through your tracking page. This way, we can personally address your case, especially since we don't have your IMEI or order reference to look it up right now. Our intention is never to mislead or inconvenience you, and we genuinely want to help resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Please reach out to our support team, who will gladly assist you through the process. Warm regards, Charlotte

Getting that percentage measured correctly would require a different type of sample and method. Closely related to that question, Galena Rhoades and I found in a previous study that 16 percent of those followed into marriage in the study’s parent project reported that they had cheated on their eventual spouse sometime before their marriage.[viii] In this new study, 45 percent of individuals who reported cheating on their partner in the first relationship reported also doing so in the second. Among those who had not cheated in the first, far fewer (18 percent) cheated in the second. While the odds of cheating on a partner were far greater if one had done so in the past, a person cheating in one relationship was not destined to do so in the next. In fact, slightly more people who had cheated in the first relationship studied did not report cheating in the second. cloudgeeksync@gmail. com cloudfoneclone. com

Hello Marco, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I understand the confusion regarding the two-step payment process and I'd like to clarify this for you. When unlocking a phone like your ZTE P650 2021 from Optus Australia, there are indeed two separate payments. The first payment of $28.99 that you've made is for the Eligibility Check. This step ensures that your phone can be unlocked and meets the necessary criteria for the service. As outlined on our checkout page, this is followed by the Unlocking Payment, which is necessary to proceed with the actual unlocking of your phone. We strive for transparency and make sure that all costs are detailed prior to purchase. I encourage you to complete the unlocking process so you can realize the benefits of having your phone unlocked by Direct Unlocks. Rest assured, our team is committed to providing you with a positive experience and we are here to support you through every step. Should you decide to proceed with the Unlocking Payment, we're ready to continue providing our service to unlock your ZTE P650 2021. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. Best regards, Charlotte

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I understand multiple payments can be frustrating, and I'm here to clarify the process for you. Initially, when you paid the $28, it was for an eligibility check, which is outlined in our terms as a requirement and cost that is incurred immediately. Following this, there was an additional payment of $45 for the unlock code. Our terms and conditions explain that unlocking steps are sequential, with each carrying its own separate cost (Section 3 'Legality of Service' and Section 7 '100% Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy'). I'm sorry to hear you've been informed that your phone could not be unlocked through the standard process and that it requires a remote USB unlock. This can indeed involve additional costs, but remember, as per our refund policy, if the remote USB service is incompatible or does not work, a refund will be provided. We aim for transparency and all costs are outlined on our checkout page before you decide to proceed. If you're encountering difficulties or are dissatisfied with the service, I'd like to assist you further to rectify the situation. Without your IMEI, it's challenging to address the specifics of your order, so could you please provide that? Alternatively, for immediate assistance and resolution, I encourage you to use the Live Support feature on your tracking page. We value your business and are committed to providing you with a positive experience. Let us help you through this so we can find a satisfactory resolution. Kind regards, Charlotte

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We're sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the payment process. To clarify, the initial payment of $28.99 covers the eligibility check to ensure your phone can be unlocked. As outlined in our terms and conditions (section 7.3), eligibility checks are vital to understand the status of your device and are part of the unlocking process. As your device is eligible, the next step in the process would indeed be the unlocking payment. We understand your frustration regarding the costs, especially in relation to the value of your device. However, the charges are for the unlocking service, not the physical device. These additional costs are in place due to the technical work involved in the unlocking process, which often requires coordination with carriers and data providers. We ensure that all costs are clearly outlined on the checkout page prior to any purchase, and we maintain transparency throughout the process. Your device’s current status is awaiting the unlocking payment, and by proceeding, you would be able to use your phone with freedom across various networks. Should you have any more questions or if you would like assistance with the unlocking process, please don’t hesitate to use the Live Support option in your tracking page, and we will do our best to guide you through the necessary steps.
