If you still have the original Google/Samsung credentials, sign in on the phone and remove the account (or use Samsung Find My Mobile if you registered it), then factory reset so you can add your own Google account. If you do NOT have the original account details, we can escalate this to our technicians — you already purchased a Remote USB Unlock (these "are only relevant to Samsung, Motorola, LG and Huawei phones") so I can ask techs to check whether they can remove the account lock for your Galaxy S25. “I was really hoping to have my phone unlocked by this company. I paid as requested then a day later was requested to need to pay more and the same day requested to pay more. End of the story I paid almost $350 BUT after 6 days customer service escalated my unlocking service and within 3 hours Tada phone is sim unlocked! So I love this company not just like.
