“Direct locks provde a excellent service of unlocking phones i was expecting my phone to take a while to get unlocked but the process was very prompt in a couple of days I liked the fact you could track the progress of the unlocking process
They have a dedicated support team that you can reach out to and found these to be very helpful and responsive, I would definitely use direct unlocks again to unlock my phone as I was able to unlock my phone in the comfort of my own home without needing to visit a phone store
The process was very straightforward and communication was excellent speedy service that I will use again in the future

“I had been trying to sim unlock my phone through ee, after spending over an hour on the phone to them I gave up. I then searched and found Direct unlocks.
Initially I was a bit sceptical, but after reading some reviews I started the process. The first unlock through ee they went through didn’t work, which I then thought well that’s it then. However they then went to the manufacturer(apple) to get the unlock and overnight my phone was unlocked successfully and after checking in settings it proved it had been successful.
