To finalize the iPhone unlock please follow the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If your device is still showing as locked, please reply with your order ID and a short description and I’ll get this checked straight away. Also, because your status is Complete, a Premium upgrade shouldn’t be required (if it were, it would have shown in your order status). Glad you mentioned eSIM — it is compatible.

I was initially very hesitant but the process was simple, extremely clear every step of the way and successful. I appreciated the detailed explanation of the steps they were indeed making to unlock my phone. It truly was a process that o recommend to all of those whom like me was getting the run around from the larger providers for the simple steps to unlock my phone from their service that I no longer was using due to their outrageous pricing. It took several weeks to unlock and multiple fees from the original fee. Use this service only if your ok with the amounts changing and them not giving you a complete refund back to your card.

Hi — Charlotte here. Thanks for your feedback and I’m sorry it took several weeks and added extra charges. I can confirm your order (placed 29 Dec 2025) for an iPhone 13 on MetroPCS USA shows status: "Unlock Complete." To finish the iPhone unlock please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on" (Terms 8.1). I know the extra fees and delay are frustrating — please note our Terms say timing is a guideline: "Any timeframes stated are a calculation... and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee" (Terms 1.1), and "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for" (Terms 2.1). Also, per our Refund Policy, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." Premium refunds apply only if the Premium service fails: "Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service." If your phone still shows locked or you see an "Incompatible SIM" message, please send a short video and I’ll escalate it for investigation. Otherwise, reply here and I’ll walk you through the final steps.

MUY CONFIABLE como dato son 2 pagos el primero es para revisar las condiciones del equipo y el segundo es para el desbloqueo, en mi caso se tardó 5 días daba un poco de miedo o incertidumbre no saber si era cierto que quedaría pero si es totalmente seguro lo recomiendo 100%

I can't even begin to say how incredible it was to work with the folks at Direct Unlock! I had tried different ways to unlock my iPhone myself for almost a year by watching different YouTube videos and buying multiple SIM cards. None of those methods worked and I gave up for a while. A friend of mine then referred me to Direct and said that he had used their service and it was great. Well he was right! I couldn't get over how quick and easy it was. And the pricing is so worth the service they provide. My phone was unlocked in under 15 mins! I can't say enough good things about them. If you're hesitant at all don't be. This is the place!
