Veo dos pagos en tu cuenta: $28.99 (Verificación de elegibilidad) y $115 (Desbloqueo estándar), y el estado de tu pedido es "Desbloqueo completado" para el iPhone 14 Pro Max (Claro). Por favor, finaliza el desbloqueo del iPhone conectándolo a Wi-Fi, luego apagándolo y volviéndolo a encender, según nuestras instrucciones: "iPhones: conectar el teléfono a Wi-Fi y apagarlo y volver a encenderlo". Wow I don’t even know where to start. But I can definitely say this is very so much real and I got my phone from someone on fb marketplace and they said the phone is unlocked apparently they lied and I tried everywhere to get it unlocked and I couldn’t and I just saw #DIRECTUNLOCK online after reading the reviews and everything I was still very skeptical about it but I finally said I already lost money and I gave it a try. With my surprise they got it unlock for me. Please don’t even think two guys just use for your locked phones and I promise you, they will not let you down. It might take hours, or days but don’t worry. You’re in a safe place with them. And also lil bit pricey but I promise it’s worth everything and you will never regret it. I’ll definitely do it 100times again and again without a shadow of a doubt. I’m happy and finally can use my phone for any carrier of my choice. Thank you DirectUnlocks

To finish the unlock please follow the iPhone steps: "connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — that should do it. I contacted Direct unlocks after purchasing a phone on Backmarket. I purchased unlocked and unfortunately it came locked. I brought for my son for his birthday and although backmarker could refund. I really wanted to get sorted. After a quick google search I used Direct unlocks to find out what network my phone was locked too. I then requested to get this unlocked. They set a timer which you can check and see the updates. At the start I was very skeptical and worried but soon enough the phone was unlocked and one very happy son. Would recommend

Tuve algunas dudas, pero la única vez que fue necesario escribirle a la parte de apoyo, me respondieron automáticamente sin inconveniente, mi teléfono, ya fue desbloqueado por el operador, sin inconvenientes, tardo un poco y en la descripción me escribían perfectamente los pasos a seguir, y continué realizando los pasos, ya hoy tengo el teléfono desbloqueado sin problema

Como indican nuestros términos y condiciones, para los iPhones el último paso es conectar el teléfono a la red Wi-Fi, apagarlo y volver a encenderlo. Sorry it took longer than you’d hoped — as our Terms state, "Any timeframes stated are a calculation... and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee" and "Delivery times are guidelines...These delivery times are variable" (T&C 1.1 & 6.2). I was sceptical at first. I thought my phone will be unlocked immediately. However when I messaged them they responded quickly and explained to me that certain phones (like my samsung s6) can take time and it is not always instant. After this reassurance I waited couple of days and then I received the instructions on how to unlock my phone which was simple. Good clear communication from them made it easier for me to understand the process and I was then able to unlock my phone and now I can use any sim.

Votre commande (passée le 28 mars 2026) indique « Déverrouillage terminé » et les codes que nous vous avons envoyés sont : NCK=31599208, MCK=86345549, RGCK=00000000, EXTRA=20617324. Veuillez essayer ceci : - Insérez une carte SIM incompatible et allumez le téléphone. Lorsqu'il vous demande un code de déverrouillage SIM/réseau (souvent indiqué comme « Code PIN de déverrouillage réseau SIM » ou « Clé de contrôle du verrouillage réseau »), saisissez le NCK : 31599208. - Le MCK (86345549) n'est nécessaire que si le téléphone se verrouille après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses. I used this service to unlock my phone, and unfortunately the process was very frustrating and drawn out. Initially, I was charged a small fee (around $25), but after about a week I was asked to pay an additional $68. Then again, another week later, I was told I needed to upgrade to a higher-tier service for an extra $150. This pattern continued, with new charges being requested each week.finally they asked for a premium payment of like $170 In the end, the total amount I paid was essentially the same as what my original carrier would have charged, except the process took nearly a month and involved multiple unexpected payments. Refunds were not offered—only credits to be used on their website, which was disappointing. To be fair, my phone was eventually unlocked, but the overall experience was time-consuming, costly, and lacking transparency. My honest recommendation would be to go directly through your carrier or look for a more straightforward and upfront service.

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m really sorry this was so frustrating and took so long. Our records show your order (placed Mar 20, 2026) is now “Unlock Complete” and that you made four payments: $24.99 (Eligibility Check), $68 (Standard Unlock), $174 (Premium Service) and $383.99 (Premium Service). A few points from our terms to explain what happened: - Eligibility checks are non‑refundable: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." - Once paid an order starts immediately and can’t be cancelled: "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for." - Premium Services apply to iPhones: "Premium Services are only relevant to iPhones." - Premium payments are refundable only if the Premium attempt fails: "Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service." Because your unlock completed, refunds aren’t automatically available under those clauses. To finish, please follow the iPhone instructions if you haven’t already: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" I genuinely want to make this right. I can open an internal billing review to confirm the charges and see if a goodwill credit note can be offered for the poor experience (I can’t promise a refund). ...habe so etwas noch nie gemacht, aber da meine Tochter unbedingt mein iPhone wollte habe ich den Dienst ausprobiert. Anfangs noch etwas skeptisch, bin ich danach total davon überzeugt worden. Problemlos und wesentlich schneller als befürchtet. Daumen hoch - nächstes Mal wieder.

It was a simple and stress free experience. I made an error to start over the process so I was double charged. It would’ve been great to receive a refund instead of a credit note which I probably won’t need.

Excelente servicio. Como todo, al principio uno tiene dudas si será real o no, pero en efecto mi celular se desbloqueó sin problema alguno, cosa que no pude hacer directamente de la página del proveedor. Recomendados al 100%.
