“Fantastic service. I had to call, and customise my order (as I need a different flue diameter). Was straightforward to do. Delivery was prompt and everything was included including a nice new register plate.”

“The buying of the stove was easy to do and very straight forward. They were let down by the courier though. They did not contact me for a delivery slot as promised and I came home to find my new £1 k log burner lying in the street in front of my house. Anybody could have been off with it !!”

“Our log burner arrived on the allotted day and with the alternative fittings we ordered. The size of the burner was what we required most due to available space and it fits perfectly. We haven't used the fire yet as there's been no need but we are looking forward to doing so.”

“Very good products. Very knowledgeable, helpful sales staff who made useful suggestions. Delivery time was held to. There was a muddle over the lining when the wrong size was sent and had to be returned. The correct size reached me quickly. The stove looks good in situ. I think DS is a very good service to deal with.”

“Despite some of the negative reviews I’d seen about DIrect Stoves, my experience couldn’t have been better. Everything went as smoothly as possible and they were very clear as to the potential issues around delivery due to shortage of drivers etc. As it turned out however, the stove actually arrived the day before and the driver was very helpful in making sure it was as close to the front door as possible. The stove was well packed an upon unpacking, was fully intact with no damage. I’m assuming it will work as expected but, can’t vouch for it yet as I’m waiting for a local contractor to come and fit it for me. I would have no hesitation in using Direct Stoves again or recommending them to others.”

“Consulted Direct Stoves for advice and found the girl very informative. She knew all measurements and if she didn't know she found the answer and sent me an email within a short time. Ordering was easy, advice was given on what finishing frames there were and pictures arrived within minutes to allow me to choose. Ideal as we live on the Western Isles so we could not pop into the showroom. Other companies I tried just couldn't be bothered getting you the information you asked for so did not even reply. 10 out of 10 to Direct Stoves I would Highly recommend.”

“After purchasing from Direct Stoves they delivered our items promptly and although there were some bits missing they were able to rectify this very quickly and were easy to deal with. Its refreshing to not only speak to a person rather than a machine but to know that you only have to pick up the phone if there are any issues. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
