“As someone who is not a tradesman I found Direct Stoves ideal, great webpage, informative and a good range. Payment options are available and also delivery times to suit. Arrived in good packaging and easy to read instructuions. My man had in fitted within a couple of hours and look the part. Very happy to recommend.”

“Excellent. Day 1 Ordered the stove, paid for the stove, chose the delivery date, job done. Day 2 realised I’d messed up on the date and sent an email to change it, got a fast reply date changed. Stove delivered, spot on, no problems, no worries. Highly recommended”

“The 'Hunter Hawk 4 Mark 2' fire was delivered within the estimated time and is now working satisfactorily. The fire is of good quality and the log effect is very realistic. However there was a small problem with the remote control and when the gas fitter then myself contacted the seller we rere given a very convoluted runaround and we were both told by a Mr. Daly, who describes himself as the operations manager, that the telephone in 2022 was not a good enough medium to get help but it had to be done by email and this was not helpful. The gas fitter solved the problem without any help from the manufacturer or Direct Stoves. I can recommend the stove as it is very well constructed, was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful but NOT the customer service received from Direct Stoves or the manufacturer. The handle was slightly damaged but I have returned it to the manufacturer and am awaiting a replacement which I expect to receive within a day or two.”

“Superb Skiddaw wood burning stove has transformed front room. 5kw stove heats the room, the hallway and stairwell and leaving door open is no longer a problem! Lucy was so patient and helped us choose just the right appliance. Local installers Tim King County Chimney Specialists did an excellent job. MI fires also reassured me about provenance of stove and modern slavery guarantee. Very happy customer.”
