Having brought several items from Direct stoves without any issue and a fast delivery I was amazed that when I tried to buy a woodburner from their website there was some technical issue in that there was no way to put it into the basket. So I phoned them and got through to some girl in the messaging centre to explain the problem but basically she did not give a shiete, I said that I can purchase elsewhere but prefered to use direct stoves due to good service and she just said there is no one around and nothing she can do, no interest in sales and I suspect she was working from home in her pyjamas.

I purchased a Morsø cast iron wood fired oven which was delivered on time and I have now put it all together and it looks magnificent and exactly like the pictures. Have not used it yet as weather not exactly ideal, but I’m sure it will be fine.

We needed to replace a tired, old brick hearth with something to match a new log burner. Direct Stoves were able to provide a granite slab to completely meet our requirements for colour, finish, size and thickness. Their office contact was really helpful, even sending out images to confirm our requirements before placing the order. Delivery was prompt and the packaging quality was superb, completely preventing any damage. The product itself was wonderful and fitted the space perfectly.

Called them to ask a question about the sale of a stove, and the person on the line said they didn't have any information about the campaign and the owner just chooses when they stop the sale. Really unhelpful.

Love the new Portway Arundel. Excellent stove for the money and very stylish in the livingroom. Direct Stoves as a supplier are also great.

Poor delivery service. Can't fault Direct Stoves, but it meant that we had to contact the company on several occasions to get a delivery date and time. After four attempts all of the items that were ordered were eventually delivered.

Very helpful operators. Delivery within 48hrs of purchase with plenty of communication. Pity the stove was reduced in price by a significant amount within 1 day of me purchasing it.

Not happy with the purchase I believed it was a Banff Wi-Fi enabled e- Smart fire. After numerous calls and mails I was advised to go direct to your supplier to ask this basic question. Needless to say not feeling a valued customer having paid £784. Kind regards Keith Fletcher 07850760305

Notes on your order indicate that our team had sent across both printable instructions and a video link which would demonstrate how to set up the e-Smart app for this appliance. The link below should also do the same: https://evonicfires.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/New-Stoves-Manual-2024-V2.pdf . Ultimately, and as per the contact information in their instructions manual, the supplier does recommend contacting them directly for any troubleshooting regarding the app or remote.
