“The stove is excellent and the help from customer care very good. Let down by haulage company which is not Direct Stoves fault, but maybe change delivery people or make it more apparent that delivery in someone else’s hands. Stoves direct no problem with and website and communication all good.”

“Nice, small stove with a large enough output! Looks smart, seems to work well and one log lasted quite a while. Just had it installed, so it’s early days, but both my wife and I are very pleased with it. Great service as well.”

“Excellent service, 2nd stove I bought this year, a big saving on buying from nearest stockist. Second one delivered to door in a few days, first one few months ago had to wait week or 2 but again no problems at all. Would recommend them to anyone.”
