“The only problems I had was that I did the 12 month interest free option, filled and completed online forms then heard nothing, rang after a week to be told no confirmation from finance company then after a few minutes eventually found which was then all sorted.I was told the delivery company would ring for a estimated delivery time this never happened”

“I ordered a Woolly Mammoth 5 multi-fuel stove from Direct Stoves on the recommendation of my installer. The stove arrived on time and was very well packed to avoid damage in transit. We have been using it for two weeks and are very pleased with it.”

“prompt delivery & helpful, professional staff over the phone. I was a little concerned I may not get as much heat from this fire as it is smaller than my last, but no such worries as this one is a lot more up to date & more efficient - therefore more heat, not less! Well pleased all round! Thnak you!”

“Fantastic woodburner. Delivered within 3 working days. As a wood burner installer I’ve come across alot of different models of stoves and I would definitely recommend anything from direct stoves. Top quality products without the ridiculous price tags. Will keep using them and highly recommend”
