“Haven’t opened the box yet. Arrived as arranged. Originally supposed to have been delivered on the day of the Queens funeral. Direct Stoves arranged for delivery the following day keeping me updated with the revised plan”

“Poor communication, website said 3 days delivery, 1 week later I had to call them, they were unable to tell me how long it would take to arrive, eventually got it over 2 weeks later.”

“Fire arrived damaged. Delivery driver left at front door with no paperwork. When opening box, it looked as if it had been repackaged. Anti tilt was missing, damaged rear support leg, and scratches on inner door area. Communication with customer service was poor, as received no call back after several phone calls, and pictures of damage sent through by email. Took nearly a week to get resolved. New fire delivered by a proper pallet service with a very courteous, helpful driver, who was more than helpful. Hate writing poor reviews, as I know it sometimes can't be helped, but hopefully this will highlight issues, that can be improved on, as fire ( Celsi Electristove Glass SD2 ) is of excellent quality.”

“Found the site very easy to understand. Brought as selected, and came earlier than thought, just been fitted, and as by instructions small fire, wow so small but the heat output was surprising and got the fan going within minutes. Stove chosen Eco classic 5 replaced a old insert one. Does burns better?”

“I cannot really say anything at this time as still waiting fir my order as it is out of stock. I feel before I paid I should have been told this .so I could have had a choice weather to go ahead or shop elsewhere. Now I have to wait till October over 6 weeks .”
