“Beautiful, stylish, easy to light, limited smoke, well made, great price and comes with wheels for easy movement,what's not to love. Thank you. Very simple transaction. Maybe remove fire bricks from inside during transit to make moving off pallet easier. Really pleased Cheers Richard”

“Fantastic service from placing the order to delivery of the goods. Kept informed every inch of the way. Felt very reassured about the delivery even though we were on holiday at the time. Would give this company 6 stars if we could!!”

“The product was as described and of a v good standard. Delivery was made to schedule and the product was well packaged and delivered without damage. The delivery window was the whole day so we had to ensure there was someone home, being picky this was the only room for improvement possible maybe an AM or PM slot at least would help. Overall very happy with service.”

Regarding delivery windows, this is something that many local delivery depots will offer at present (insofar as a text message service on the day to let you know an approximate time of delivery). Unfortunately, this is at the discretion of our shipping partners and is not something which we can guarantee ourselves. “Palletise who delivered would NOT place the palleted stove within my conservatory because of stoned pathway BUT was so easy to move with old fashioned sac truck so disappointed re the delivery”

As part of the one-man delivery service that we offer, the driver should transport the pallet as close to the property as is safe and possible, providing level ground with no steep slopes or gravel driveways. This would be due to the weight and size of many items. We do also provide a two-man delivery option for many items, which if selected during checkout would have meant greater flexibility on the courier's part regarding delivery into the property. This said, we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed insofar as your experience with our delivery partners. “Great service from Direct Stoves, they price-matched so I saved money. I requested a two-man delivery which cost a little extra which I didn't mind paying for as the item was 320 KG, they organised a 4 man delivery plus my husband and we managed to get the item into the kitchen. They have been very informative throughout, I tracked my item online and the customer services team I spoke with on the phone were excellent. Thank you direct stoves.”

“Absolutely delighted with the service Damian was very helpful when I phoned. We placed the order on Ah Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday all the way to the north east of Scotland. Would definitely recommend.”
