“We ordered an Ekol 11kw stove which, at the time of ordering was not readily available so we went on the back order list, after only a couple of weeks we were told a stove was available subject to delivery. This was easily arranged with the excellent Customer Service team and hey presto, a week later the stove was delivered. Considering the payment address and the delivery address were different I was expecting hassle but no, everything was handled quickly and in a thoroughly professional manner. Would I recommend? Most certainly yes!”

“Received our arundel fire on the date provided was well packed and when we opened it to check looks good we haven’t yet got it installed as waiting for date for that, looking forward to seeing it working kind regards Catherine”

“Organising the supply and fitting of a stove from 80 miles away was made easier by Direct Stoves. All aspects of the suitability of the stove, flue, safety and how to control the fire were explained. The fitters were polite, efficient and sympathetic to there being a Newborn in the house.ie .they worked quietly! Thank you.”

“Ordered and then dispatched the very next day, the stove we picked is stunning and very well packaged and protected Direct stoves was probablythe best i found on the internet from the ranges they have they have everything so easily laid out online it was totally stress free, delivery was timed very well and great comunication from order to delivery.”

“Stove is excellent and very attractive. Unfortunately when we ordered we were advised stove was available but then due to demand there was a delay. However it has been worth the wait.”

“Excellent service. From our very first contact with the "sales" team we had a very positive experience and Lucy was particularly helpful. Our stove was available exactly when we expected it and Direct Stoves actually held on to it for a little while until we were ready to receive it. Thanks to Sarah in "dispatch" the delivery went very smoothly and the stove arrived exactly as scheduled. The most outstanding aspect of the service we received was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff we dealt with. Thank you Lucy and Sarah.”

“No information received on the delivery, considering size and weight etc.(perhaps I missed it?) One part is damaged, but not a big deal as can glue back on? Spending this sort of money the spacers for fire bricks should have been included. Just honest comments, you asked!”
