“brilliant stove. the carriage note specified a 7.5 ton lorry, but it arrived on an 18 ton lorry which could not get nearer than 100 yards from the house. the driver was as helpful as he could be, but did not have time/orders to help us beyond that. the stove was very heavy, and required all our ingenuity and a car to get it to the house, which took two hours.”

Hi, Thanks for your review. We're pleased to hear that you were impressed with the item received from Direct Stoves. We're also sorry to hear of the difficulties experienced with the delivery. As part of the one man delivery service that we offer, the goods should arrive on a lorry that is about the size of a fire engine, though we do recommend that customers get in touch if they have any more precise requirements or restrictions. The driver would aim to transport the pallet as close to the property as is safe and possible, providing level ground with no steep slopes or gravel driveways. This would be due to the weight and size of many items. For future reference, we do offer a two-man delivery option for customers who might need additional assistance in getting the stove into the property. Thanks again for your order. “We ordered an Ekol 11kw stove which, at the time of ordering was not readily available so we went on the back order list, after only a couple of weeks we were told a stove was available subject to delivery. This was easily arranged with the excellent Customer Service team and hey presto, a week later the stove was delivered. Considering the payment address and the delivery address were different I was expecting hassle but no, everything was handled quickly and in a thoroughly professional manner. Would I recommend? Most certainly yes!”

“Organising the supply and fitting of a stove from 80 miles away was made easier by Direct Stoves. All aspects of the suitability of the stove, flue, safety and how to control the fire were explained. The fitters were polite, efficient and sympathetic to there being a Newborn in the house.ie .they worked quietly! Thank you.”

“Ordered and then dispatched the very next day, the stove we picked is stunning and very well packaged and protected Direct stoves was probablythe best i found on the internet from the ranges they have they have everything so easily laid out online it was totally stress free, delivery was timed very well and great comunication from order to delivery.”

“Excellent service. From our very first contact with the "sales" team we had a very positive experience and Lucy was particularly helpful. Our stove was available exactly when we expected it and Direct Stoves actually held on to it for a little while until we were ready to receive it. Thanks to Sarah in "dispatch" the delivery went very smoothly and the stove arrived exactly as scheduled.
