I have nothing negative to say about Direct Stoves, my experience was great from start to finish. I ordered an Esse one wood burner at the cheapest price I could find online. For a small amount extra I added an enamel flu pipe, carbon monoxide detector and a register plate. It arrived in perfect condition and carefully packaged within the specified time. Pallet line delivered and kept me updated throughout. I even chose interest free credit for 12 months and was accepted within less than a minute. This company has their service spot on. Highly recommended thank you.

We are delighted with the service from order , delivery and quality of the Axon Chadwick , having searched and researched we were pleased to find this attractive model which gives a good window size and a contemporary design. Staff on the phone were very helpful in answering questions and delivery was quick. Haven’t yet had it fitted so comment on the fire itself yet.

Fantastic stove, great quality & looks really good & gives off plenty of heat. Service from Direct Stoves was excellent with estimated 2-hour delivery slot given on day of delivery with regular updates.

Very straightforward purchasing experience and delivered when they said it would. It hasn't been installed yet, as I can't find anyone to do it but it will be fab when it is in situ.

Delivery took six days. It said 48 hours on the website. I ordered my stove two wks ago and it still doesn't work. The door is faulty. Still waiting for a replacement. The customer service team are very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately, and as you will already be aware, there was an issue with the delivery whereby the courier delivered to one of our other locations in error. As soon as our team was made aware of this, we took steps to get this redelivered as quickly as possible, but we appreciate that this as well as the aforementioned component have meant some inconvenience, for which we apologise. We can see that our customer service team contacted you yesterday to advise that the replacement has been ordered from our supplier. I ordered an Axon Millbeck, but received a Woodford Turing. A phone call established that they were one and the same, branded differently. Delivered on a pallet to the front of the house and as I hadn't paid for a two man delivery had to manoeuvre it into the house. It was very heavy! It looks great, and seems very well made, consistent with the lifetime guarantee. I'm waiting for it to be fitted so can't comment on performance, but I'd be surprised if it doesn't perform as expected.

Can't fault Direct Stoves for service and delivery however the quality of the Carron stove supplied is somewhat disappointing. Water came out of joints on first fire up, colour doest match flue and there is no riddle for the Ash?

The multifuel kit for the Carron stove would typically include a grate, front fire bar and ash pan. We only rarely hear of issues with ash spilling etc. where stoves are overloaded with fuel. Payed a large sum of money for a fire and only after purchasing was I told it was out of stock. Was due to come mid July but didn’t come until early august
