“The stove I was looking for was advertised at a very competitive price on Direct stoves. I purchased it and it was delivered in perfect condition, and the delivery chap helped me to get it into my garage.....so very pleased. The only tiny negative I had, was that Direct Stoves is the online company that I ordered through, but Direct Fireplaces and the Fireplace Warehouse are sister companies that are involved in different parts of the supply chain. Obviously, when I started receiving emails from differently named companies, to the one I had ordered from, I questioned whether my debit card had been fraudulently used. If Direct stoves had made it obvious that orders would be processed through other companies, it would have made the process less concerning.”

“So many suppliers online (many with bad reviews !) Very Happy with DirectStoves. Fire arrived when expected. Quick and very good aftersales communication & help. No issues. I would use this company again. A very helpful company (that is rare these days !)”

“Great service, ordered online after chatting to a helpful lady on the telephone. Arrived a couple of days later, the delivery driver dropped it at my back door by pallet truck. Very well wrapped up and on a small pallet. Looks fabulous in my newly decorated living room. 10/10 and well recommend. Thanks for a great service.”

“Very quick delivery and a great looking stove. I was advised beforehand that the delivery man could not enter my property with the stove. But leaving the stove on the pavement wasn't helpful to someone who couldn't shift it on her own. Luckily a strong neighbour carried it inside for me. Hence 4 stars and not 5.”

“Very good service, plenty of stoves to choose from at competitive prices, once we had chosen the stove we wanted, buying it was simple with a choice of delivery dates that suited us. The delivery was well organised and arrived on time. We would highly recommend Direct Stoves”

“Answer phone very quickly, very pleasant girl answered, took order and was with me within two days, keep me informed, would recommend them. Had to ring back because I thought parts were missing, they rang me back and told me were to look and found them, again very nice manner on phone, nothing to much trouble.”
