Delivery didn’t come. Took me 4 days and various phone calls for them to finally admit they’d oversold the product and were out of stock. Why someone couldn’t have done this on the delivery day I don’t know. Appalling customer service

Fire excellent value for money, delivery prompt and on time. Only problem the Woodford Stoves user guide totally useless and irrelevant to the model we have purchased.

If there are no issues then I’m sure Direct Stoves are fine . However they sent me the incorrect product due to a mislabelling, mistakes happen. However instead of dealing with it Direct Stoves just tried to pass the blame onto the manufacturer’s, they were also very rude on the phone and didn’t respond to emails . One member of the customer service team was helpful and sorted the issue out, thanks Jonathan the rest of your department should follow your example. They also tried to pick up the incorrect product from my home without telling me , therefore the courier had a wasted journey . Really shocking customer service . The product itself (Burley) is first class and excellent quality.

Stove didn’t didn’t show on day . I contacted you at 3pm. When driver arrived brilliant. I don’t feel I should have paid extra for multi fuel kit £90 . Plus still waiting for items . Thanks

Purchased a stove and when it was installed, the engineer discovered there were parts missing. After several calls to customer service and being cut off, I finally managed to speak to someone who said he was taking messages. He said someone would call me back. That was 5 days ago. Now I’m left with an installed stove that I can’t use, and the evenings are already starting to chilly. I’m not impressed

Not at all impressed with the service, log burner arrived with smashed glass! Came a day early, having already organised a day off (temp - no work = no pay). Glass was smashed, got in touch and told it is very common for this to happen - why not put extra glass in ? New item arrived, again, not advised when it was going to come so we could take time off, arrived home in the pouring rain, box sitting on doorstep soaked! Now, we are expected to fit it, which isn't really our job, told it's very easy to do. Great - can you come and do it for us then, we paid for a complete item, received one that is damaged! Like buying a pair of shoes, finding the heel has snapped and being told to go to Timpsons and get it re-heeled and send them the bill. Communication has been horrendous/very rude, would not recommend at all.

Very helpful, answered questions about the stove and fitting. Quick delivery, secure and well packaged. Initial delivery didn't include part of the order, but customer services were quick to act and supplied the missing items the next working day. Would definitely recommend for their customer service and prompt deliveries.

DON'T RISK IT. Ordered a stove and liner pack and what a shambles the delivery process was the outset. First they changed my chosen date after I had called to check all was okay and they said it was. Then it didn't arrive and they didn't know where it was. Then they said they'd deliver DPD on Saturday but couldn't promise it would be there! I therfore cancelled my order but it took nearly two weeks to get my money back. I doubt that this company has any actual stock and is using a third party supplier over who they have little control. So BEWARE you may also have a long delay and be messed around if you place an order.

Stove is great but fitting kit was just a plate of steel, I thought it would have come with some angle iron to attach to the inside of the chimney. The plate was not long enough either.

The prices are very competitive and the range of products are excellent. The website is easy to navigate and ordering process easy to access. The delivery dates however changed a number of times but I was kept abridged of changes. However when the stove was delivered not all the axillary items were not included. I phone call ensured the missing items were posted out within 24hrs. Despite this I would recommend this company to friends and family . In short a professional organization providing a wide range of products at competitive prices.

Direct Stoves service was absolutely brilliant. Just a shame about the delivery company who left the stove on the road outside and expected me to move it inside on my own. Driver just said it wasn't his priblem

I recently brought myself a stove and twin wall flue kit from Direct Stoves. Firstly i found it near impossible to get to talk to anyone about the products before ordering, i did just order online in the end and am happy with the stove. However, the black twin wall flue kit i ordered has been a problem. It says on the kit page "This flue kit is approx. 2.5 metres from the top of the oven, if you require a taller flue pipe please choose Flue Pipe Extension Options when ordering"...........I chose a 1 meter flue extension. However when i got the order it came as a single flue stainless steel pipe. I have spoken to customer services on the phone who dont seem to know anything about the product and cant help me. I did get an email from customer services as well saying that i had received the correct flue (even though i ordered a twin wall, and the extension i received was a single wall)
