“I ordered a gas stove in Jan 22 which was eventually delivered in June. I understand the delay was outwith the Company’s control and during the delay period I was offered an alternative (which I deemed not suitable for my needs) or a full refund. The Company were professional, friendly and helpful in all our dealings and would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Direct Stoves had available stock of the perfect multi fuel stove for our needs. They delivered the stove to us in a couple of days and we now have a beautifully fitted stove ready for the autumn. “Very pleased with the fire, it is exactly as advertised but the delivery driver was very unhelpful. He left the fire at the top of the drive refusing to bring it closer to the house as he had a bad back.”
