“Excellent service - delivered the day I wanted and even put in my neighbours garage as requested. The stove (Chadwick) is lovely and my fitter said is one of the best on the market. It looks amazing and gives out loads of heat. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both the drive and Direct Stoves - thank you.”

“The purchase I’ve got from direct stove is not fitted yet we are waiting for them to come it’s going to be 8 January 2024 but I’ve had a Morso before and can say if fitted right they are one of the best stoves you can buy you may think they are expensive to buy but in the long run you probably get it back in about 3years the stove are guaranteed for 10 years so the investment will pay off”

“Very pleased with my electric stove by Celsi. The stove looks fantastic and the flame effect is brilliant. Even when the convecter heater is not on the glow from the stove makes me feel warm. Also the delivery was the excellent. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He made sure the stove was carefully brought into the house with my help.”

The electric stove that you have chosen is not designed with interchangeable fuel beds or open door adjustment. Our sales team would have advised as much if these had been registered with us as requirements before purchase, and would have been happy to recommend alternatives.
