“Burner arrived on time. We are keeping it unopened till fitting, start of September. In addition we had delivery of two items - tube and metal plate - by courier at end of day with no explanation. Can you clarify?”

“When the stove was ordered I was told there would be a waiting time until August the stove turned up with out any warning I had no idea it was due to arrive and it was just left on my front door step when nobody was in to receive it it could have been stolen quite easily .”
