“Very helpful service. I didn’t have much of an idea what was needed for our particular job but after explaining, measuring and sending photos the gentleman on the customer service team set everything up for us - stive, flue kit, chimney, flashing and all bits that were needed. Everything delivered together and exactly on the date we asked for. Excellent service highly recommended! I am going to install over Easter Holidays. Thank you!”

“Really pleased with my purchase of a multi fuel Stove. Got great advise when looking to choose the correct stove. The delivery arrived on time correctly and well packaged. Only minor issue was delivery company did not have sufficient equipment (sack trucks) or staff ( only one person for heavy delivery) to safely deliver to the house. Had to struggle to get the stove inside my house on my own as they left it in the secure back garden (at my request). I would expect them to at least deliver the item safely to the inside of my house. Other than that really pleased.”

“Good customer service and excellent price match facility. Lack of communication prior to delivery and on the day the logistics company dumped the stove in the middle of drive without knocking on the door to let us know it had arrived. The stove was scratched and dinted owing to inadequate packaging (luckily the damage was to back of the stove so can’t be seen)”
