“Very pleased with service and delivery arrangements. The only problem we had was not understanding what we needed to chose with our stove. When we realised we had made a mistake I rang and a lovely lady sorted things for us. We did have today £10 but it was our error”

“Ordered by phone on the Monday delivered on the Wednesday…Stove waiting to be fitted….Very pleased with the whole ordering process… Stove was recommended by my fitter to replace our current Bulgarian made stove…Direct stoves were wonderful to deal with”
