“Easily the most competitive price out there, ordering was easy. The stove is beautiful and delivered promptly in perfect condition. Plenty of updates on status of delivery/order, delivery guy was a star.....all in all a very professional business.....delighted....it has transformed our living room.”

“My stoves arrived a day late, one with broken glass, but the replacement glass arrived quite quickly. Now, if only I had ordered the cooking plate for the top of my tall one... But I forgot. Hopefully I can find someone to fit it for me.”

“We were aware of the national shortage of the AGA stove when we placed the online order. Direct Stoves were quick to notify me that the lead time would be at least two months and, asked if we would like to replace with something similar. We decided to wait and we were notified of the delivery within a month. Delivery trouble free with pleasant driver.”

Hi Helen Sorry you weren't happy with the delivery service. We do offer a 2 man service but you choose the 1 man service and a selected delivery date.

“We ordered delivery and installation on a special offer package, saving us a really good amount. From placing our order we found customer service exceptional. They were very efficient and friendly, chased up and answered our queries promptly. Ordered our stove before Christmas and asked for it to be installed in January. Really pleased with the stove and the installation of it.”
