“I ordered this double sided stove as needed the depth for both chimney breasts . Very good quality and weighs a tone so need 2 people to lift that’s how sturdy it is. We’ve had it installed now and it looks amazing. The delivery of this was amazing as I live in the Channel Islands and it arrived very quickly and very well wrapped. Overall I was very happy with the whole transaction and delivery of this. From start to finish it all went very well”

“I paid for and received the stove correct stove and it was delivered by palletways on time but without the pre delivery phone call. The stove was missing a part for the top to cover the top flue as my installation was a rear flue. I called the maunfacturer ACR stoves direct and they sent me the part immediately. I must say the i previously ordered the same stove from another retailer. The other retailer uses Palletline and they lost the stove. So I received a refund and then ordered from Direct Stoves.”

“Very poor customer service ,they just don’t talk ,no updates fitter messed up the fitting worst experience of my life Lime stone Boards in fire place cut to short , so did No meet fire surround which they could not fit, stove pipe fitted in two parts ? Fire plate fitted butched gaps round pipe and sides ,chimney bird nesting strap not fitted properly,fire marble floor not level, Told fitter I did not want him to finish job for reasons above ,had to find a new company to fix all there mistakes at my expense still waiting for my refund from the fitter and paper work Direct stoves in bromsgrove”

“Good quality products at competitive prices. Not so great if you have to return a product as the charge a re stocking fee after 7 days. Also shipping is expensive at £8.99 for a small item.”
