“I had payment confirmation issue which was resolved very fast . I jumped to collisions after reading some negative reviews.And I wrote one myself I jumped the gun . Charlie I have to give credit to every thing is all worked out great communication and DEFINITELY NOT A SCAM . I have to apologise for writing such a negative review . But I have nothing but praise for this company now 10 out of 10 thanks Charlie”

“Im struggling for over 10 days to get some info about my order. The order placed on the 12th of january didn’t arrived, a second one has been sent, or should have been sent. As i discussed with Stacy on live chat, she assured me, she will speak with Charlie, and will have a new order on its way. Nobody is answering to email, or any messages left in the “help menu”. Bad customer service….Hopefully this review can get their attention!!!!”

“I had written wrong address on my order, Charlie noticed it and emailed me to clarify. Great customer service, delivery was on time. “Paid as instructed then got emails to say I didn't pay 3 days later!! I was a bit annoyed but the staff were very polite and courteous and responded quickly. Turns out bank held payment. Throughout the processe they kept in contact and I felt assured as have used them many times for my research.”

“Products are great quality. They ship from UK and Im in the U.S. They've been great to me! Extremely responsive and respectful; very friendly. I had one broken bottle (not their fault, rough handler) in my shipment of multiple items. They replaced it immediately, by immediately I mean they sent it out right away and i received it after it crossed the ocean, then the border, then customs, thwn the USPS. You have to remember (hard to do when you're excited) getting things shipped especially overseas takes time and will get damaged, it's inevitable. Be patient and kind to your shipper, the people at Direct Peptides are awesome and so are their products.”

“Scammers. They provided me a credit card link to payment and I paid. They said that it didn't go through and to provide a screenshot. I send a screenshot of my bank statement and I get either nonsense emails or no reply.”

Hi Domenic, Reading back through your emails it seems the issue was not a missed payment, you requested a 10% refund which we are physically unable to do as per our card payment processor you proceeded to file a chargeback against us which we subsequently refunded. Leaving reviews calling us scammers when your payment has been returned and you received your product seems unfair. “I left a review after I received the spray. As it did nothing I had suspicions that it was water! I even tasted it! It felt looked and tasted like water, far as I'm concerned it was water. I got an email back that not only did they not deny or defend that it wasn't water, they said that if I removed my review they would reimburse my money. 3 months on ive received nothing. Please don't fall for this. It means they only leave up reviews that are either fake and/placebos”

“So far around 15 orders, every last one of them arrived safely. Quality is unbeatable. No problem with custom’s unless some higher tax fees now but that is not DP fault! My top 2 choices is BPC157 and TB500 ❤️”

“Direct peptide sells fake peptides and certainly sarm too. Among other things, I bought Hcg which did not show up on the test. There were no active ingredients here.Pharma grade is the same as Direct peptide. Do not buy anything from here. I have contacted them but they just explain everything away”
