It's also good to hear that you were pleased with the efficiency of the installation service. We can only apologise that the fitters were unable to take away the old fireplace. Our installation team vets qualified fitters up and down the country to ensure good coverage and quality service, but unfortunately not every engineer has the waste disposal license necessary to offer removals. This is generally made explicit in any quotation or correspondence issued by the installation team. If you have any other concerns or queries then please don't hesitate to get in touch. “Great experience with Direct Fireplaces. Delivery was slightly later than advertised due to the Portuguese supplier shipping delay, but staff were extremely helpful when contacted providing an expected delivery date to them which was met and they delivered to me 2 days later. Limestone Fireplace was well packaged, arrived undamaged and was exactly as described on their website. Very satisfied customer.”

“Faz looked after us when we visited the show room in Cheadle. We had a few complications due to the depth of the outside flu but Fax and the staff at Direct Fireplaces were helpful in helping us select the most suitable fire. It is now fitted and we are extremely pleased. Fitting service was excellent.”
