“Only used once to check in this heat, but warmed quickly and held the warmth. Looks good. The lady who served us was very efficient and speeded up the delivery date, as our gas man was only avail on a certain date. She knew her product range. Thanks.”

“I was nervous ordering an electric fire online, but it was so easy. I am absolutely delighted with my fireplace. The delivery was fast. It was easy to put into place and the result is fantastic. It has changed my living room and my friends all think it is a real fire. Thank you so much for making me so ha.”

“I am pleased with the look of the fireplace and the work undertaken by the fitters who were hard working, tidy and pleasant. I have however noticed some damage to the chimney breast in the kitchen caused when they were making the space in the wall in the living room. I was also surprised to be left with all the rubble to dispose of. It would have been helpful if it had been sorted into bags of rubble, plasterboard and general waste as the tip will only allow rubble to be tipped into that skip so they had to be sorted before getting rid of!!”

“I ordered a Dimplex Danville Optimyst Electric Fire, from the Bromsgrive store, with which I am extremely pleased. The fire, in an antique brass, fitted my fireplace absolutely perfectly. The only problem I had was that I was advised to have a full spacer, which was not required. I telephoned to pick it up, but was told no, as the would cost would be more than the £ 35.00, cost of the spacer. I then had to ask my daughter to take me over to the Bromsgrove store, 20 miles away to obtain a refund.”

It's also good to hear that you were pleased with the efficiency of the installation service. We can only apologise that the fitters were unable to take away the old fireplace. Our installation team vets qualified fitters up and down the country to ensure good coverage and quality service, but unfortunately not every engineer has the waste disposal license necessary to offer removals.
