“Ordering was a breeze, and the mats arrived when promised. The red colour looks great in my Picasso and the black edging complements the black carpets. Mt only small issue is the mat for the back was supposed to be one piece but I received two separate mats. I was at first, a little disappointed, however, the two mats go way under the front seats and are such a good fit that it took a little while to position them correctly. Overall I am very pleased with the colour, the mat quality, fit and the service”

“Good service from start though let down by their carrier. No show on 1st scheduled delivery (10.17am-14.17pm),2nd delivery between 10.47-13.47 missed as delivery attempt was made at 9.45am whilst I was doing an early shop to ensure I'd be home in time to receive the parcel. In the end I had drive to my nearest mail centre to collect it. ,”

“The 2O/22 ford ecosport may have changed the bumper profile slightly the protector has an slightly raised edge that does'n't quite fit on my model, it's a good product that protects my colour coded paintwork.”

“Product met my expectations in terms of doing the job and seems of good quality. I think it was made to order so I had to wait for it to be delivered so plan your requirements in good time. Not inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for.”

“I bought 3 cans of spray paint. Colour was perfect and delivery good, I did want to add to my order tge following day, but it was already out for dispatch so couldn't. But service was good and website has many useful products at good prices.”

“Long wait for part over 4 months from taking my money! In the end had was offered an alternative which arrived quickly and on the day they said it would arrive. Good quality part. Helpful on the phone and phoned me back with a solution. Delay partly due to COVID issues with supplier.”

“Parts arrived very quickly and are of excellent quality. Only issue was wheel bag was missing and I had to chase this up. Had call back within a day confirming the bag will be sent as soon as possible. I would certainly recommend using Direct Car Parts for their excellent service standards and quality products.”
