It's quite clear on our website that this is a special order item with a 21-day lead time from the factory so I'm not sure why you find this a reason to complain.

“I needed a protector for the painted rear bumper on a 2017 Skoda Yeti. The part provided by Direct Car Parts was simplicity itself to install, perfectly matches the black plastic on the rest of the vehicle, and looks as if it will last well. Great value, excellent product - and well priced. I couldn't be happier.”

“I bought 3 cans of spray paint. Colour was perfect and delivery good, I did want to add to my order tge following day, but it was already out for dispatch so couldn't. But service was good and website has many useful products at good prices.”
