“I had a problem registering to order but to be fair I think that was me but I had an online chat with one of the sales team who directed me on what to do & she was very helpful. The ordering and payment process was quick and easy. Goods arrived next day.”

“The items were not delivered on the day indicated by both dip- slides and the courier. The courier- FedEx said the goods were going to be delivered by 6 pm-THEY WERE NOT. The delivery occurred at 9.45am the next day. Very inconvenient and a device not worthy of the charge made. In this day and age when DPD drivers communicate delivery time which are accurate within 5 minutes, FedEx service and communication is extremely poor.”
