“First time buying bedding from Dip & Doze - really could not be happier😀. Quality and attention to detail is outstanding with the product, postage and packing. I bought the grey and white duvet cover and pillow cases. I LOVE IT! Not the cheapest but worth every penny, great to have a discount too. Just ordered a sheet.”

“The products seem well made, delivery went skewiff but on contacting them they arranged delivery via courier which arrived the next day. Bit disappointed I can’t get a travel size pillow made to order but perhaps they’ll do this in the future.”

We'd also like to apologise again for the delivery issue on behalf of Royal Mail. Our collection is ethically & slow made in India. Due to the way our business is set up we don’t offer made to order items, however, we always value feedback from customers and hearing about products they would like to see. Although a travel pillow is something we haven’t had a request for before, I’ll be sure to pass the feedback on to the product development team. “Really easy ethical eco company to order from. Delivered in recyclable packaging and cotton draw string bag. The organic cotton duvet cover and pillow cases are very good quality and beautifully made. Would definitely recommend Dip and Doze.”

“So incredibly soft. I went for the 'soft and smooth' type cotton duvet set. I felt like I was in a hotel bed. I will definitely be buying another set! Really good quality. Worth the money!”

“My order came through very quickly. That was pleasing. Two problems: My duvet is meant to be blue stripe - i swear it was grey! Packaging- linen draw-string bags, as advertised, fantastic. But there were two (not one?), then plastic, THEN cardboard. ???? Stephanie Carr Brighton”

Good Morning Stephanie, Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review. Although we’re so sorry to hear about your disappointment with the shade of blue. The shade of blue used for the blue stripe set is a muted blue with a grey undertone. We're very sorry if this isn’t completely clear. We have recently updated our website photography, so the colours are more clear. With regards to your dislike of plastic, we’re completely with you! When our business started out, we decided to use recycled plastic to make use of this secondary good. The reason this is necessary is so that our products stay perfectly clean and dry. However, we listened to our customers and have been working hard behind the scenes working on the best solution. We’ve now developed packaging that’s 100% compostable. As our aim is to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we haven’t re-packaged our slightly older stock. So, some orders may still arrive in recycled plastic but soon we’ll be completely plastic-free.

“I just received my D&D order (it was temporarily delayed because our mailbox was relocated) and I must say I was very impressed by the paper packaging. One hardly receives 'brown paper packages (tied up with string)' anymore! The contents were as lovely as I expected them to be and we put the hand towels to immediate use. As someone who has been known to attach ribbons to towels in order to better hang them on hooks, I loved that they came with pre-inserted cords. The only (small) downside was that the items were wrapped in plastic inside the lovely paper. Is there not a way to use tissue paper or thin cardboard? All the same, I WILL be placing another order very soon. Highly recommended biz.”
