“Delivery was quick, however one of the item I'd been sent was an approved sample, apparently there was a mixed up in the warehouse. This has been quickly rectified with a free return and a replacement on it's way. Apart from this hic-up, the quality of product is very good”

Hi Julia! Again, we're so so sorry that this sample was mistakenly sent to you. Meticulous attention to detail and a huge amount of time goes into our product development. Good morning Danielle! We love hearing from our customers and are so glad to hear that you're happy with the look and quality of your new bedding. Cotton will shrink the first few times it is washed as it’s a completely natural material (...well ours is as its 100% Organic!). Our bed linen is therefore deliberately manufactured and designed to be ever so slightly too big, to allow for this shrinkage. After the first wash or two it will fit beautifully, which is one of the reasons we suggest our customers wash their bed linen before using it. I hope you're perfectly happy with the fit after a couple of washes and will enjoy the quality for years to come!

“Having placed my first order from Dip and Doze, it arrived extremely promptly. It was beautifully packaged and upon opening I was delighted with the quality of the fabric. Sleeping on my new Dip and Doze bed linen has not dented my high regard for the whole process. I shall be ordering again.”

“I am really pleased with the quality and feel of my new sheets after suffering allergies to many other sheets these are the first new ones I've been able to use without suffering from any allergic reactions it is such a relief I'm really pleased I'm came across them definitely worth paying a little more for the quality you get and if you suffer with allergies like asthma or sinusitis then I think these are the best I've bought.”

The growing and production process of conventional cotton uses an endless list of harmful chemicals – with research suggesting that the chemical residue trapped in cotton could actually be damaging to our health. So, organic cotton is particularly beneficial for those of you with allergies as it's hypoallergenic.

“I first became aware of dip & doze from a pop up ad on Instagram, the stripy bedding caught my eye. I am a huge fan of anything blue, white and especially if they combine in a stripe! I usually buy my bedding from John Lewis or Marks and Spencer but after reading other highly recommended reviews on line I ordered and I am delighted I did. The duvet cover set washed well, ironed well and looks and feels great, I love the button detail and the clever double 'gusset' detail at the opening. I am now seriously considering purchasing the grey stripe too. Love, love, 😍 oh, I forgot to say the pillow design was new to me too, no more concerns over ugly openings on the end or which way round they go the envelope opening in the middle is genius!”

“Absolutely beautiful bedding - even better than we were expecting. Lovely quality and packaged nicely, disappointed about the plastic bags though, even if it was recycled plastic.”

Thank you for your lovely review, Kyla. We're so happy to hear that our bedding exceeded your expectations. At present we have to use recycled plastic bags that are fully recyclable to prevent our products from getting damaged. However, we really don't like using these either, so have been working hard on making bags that are fully bio-degradable. These will be ready for our products soon!

“Your sheets are comfortable, appearing to be good quality.I welcome that they are produced under fair social and environmental conditions and am pleased that the sheet I bought was delivered promptly. However,I found the web site not easy to navigate and making a purchase was difficult with me repeatedly told that I had not supplied"essential" information when in fact I had needed to make two telephone calls to you to sort the matter out.The person with whom I spoke was helpful but I really think the website and purchase procedure should be easier to navigate; it took me a full hour to buy the product.”
