very low resolution we tried you for 2 years every time it came out vey bad colors or resulution even when we sent you the file printed pdf file

Print errors, fonts blotted and smudge, I adressed the issue. They send a new prints but same print errors even though I have addressed the issue. I received a third print as promise that they have corrected the issue, guess what? It's the same print issue no correction at all. I end up no marketing materials on the date that I needed. So I'm patiently waiting for them to correct it. A lot of waist.

This should have been picked up before despatching to you again and I apologise for this error. As long-term customers, we expected better from DigitalPrintingIreland.ie. Our recent order was unusable due to the envelopes being smaller than the cards, and promised replacements (due two weeks ago), never arrived. When we requested a refund, customer service insisted on us returning the unusable items at our expense, dismissing data protection concerns with a suggestion to blot out names. They also rejected the suggestion of offering video evidence of our team shredding the order. Their rigid approach made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. A deeply frustrating experience that has undermined our trust in the company. Their unwillingness to resolving their error means we will not be using their services again.

Hi Diarmuid Thanks for your review. I am sorry that you had an issue with the envelopes that led to a larger issue. Unfortunately we cannot refund an order of cards that arrived on time and you are using. We were happy to resend the missing batch of envelopes that were lost in transit to go with the cards you had started to use. This is the message I sent to you by email (info@digitalprintingireland.ie) on 28/10 to which I did not receive a reply: Good Morning, I am entirely unhappy with the shoddy delivery service from DPD. My order was due to be delivered on Friday and never turned up. In spite of it being a pretty small package it seems there was no room at the Pick-Up Point, according to the link (see attached screenshot). A suspicious mind might think, "Ah, a Friday afternoon going into a bank holiday weekend, let's go home." Apparently the delivery person was Vascilia. I had to call out to the depot myself on Saturday morning to collect it. I'd be interested to know if you have had similar problems with DPD and as to how it should be resolved. In addition, after I sent the above, on the same day I saw the LARGE DPD van make a delivery to my apartment block at 5.05pm.

Ordered 2 stands with express delivery for a planned event. Only one arrived. I had to contact the comapny to get the second banner printed and delivered, which then arrived a week after the event.

We ordered the bronze pull up banner. The printing quality was good, but the banner wouldn't stand up, so it was useless! We had to attach it to a screen with strong tape, which defeated the purpose of having one.

Hi Theresa, I am sorry your flyers were too thin. However, we do have different options on our website fo thicker paper which may be better suited to you. Hi Stephen, I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a one star review after speaking with us. I have looked in to this and can see the fundamental error was an issue with your artwork rather than our printing. As my colleague explained to you, we are a direct to print service and require fully set up and print ready, we do not proof read orders or check designs. I can see that we have offered to assist you if you are able to amend the errors in your design. This offer to help still stands, if you are able to fix the design and wish to place a new order, please contact us first and we would be more than happy to arrange some discount on the new print. I have been in the graphic design/production field for more than 30 years and have never encountered a printing service that is WORSE at Customer Service than your company. I designed two projects for my client in Ireland and wanted the items produced in Ireland so we didn't have the outrageous costs for shipping from the USA. Both were VERY SIMPLE projects and my detailed specifications were VERY CLEAR. But apparently you do not review the specifications and you certainly don't produce anything that might be a variation from your on-line ordering guidelines...and you never bother telling the client if you cannot do the project or need additional information. We had several emails, most from Lucas that continued to tell us HOW TO USE YOUR STOCK SYSTEM. All we needed was 1) a simple letter size cover sheet with a graphic image that was to print on one side at a finished size is 6.75” wide x 8.75” tall trimmed to bleed (see email sent June 1). Instead you printed it as smaller size which was unreadable for my client's event. Then...to top it off, 2) I sent you name cards to be printed on LEGAL SHEET COVER STOCK to be used as folded name signs...there were 20 pages…each page was one sided and had a customized name. We only needed ONE COPY OF EACH PAGE and the final product needed to be cut from the legal size sheet (see my email of June 6). But that couldn't be done either and my Dublin client had to find a way to get them cut. I have DISPUTED ALL CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD. I am still shocked that a "professional" printing company could not do these simple projects. Next time I will go to a quick print in a stationery supply store...this was an extemely poor way to handle a client's project. I woud appreciate a response.

Printed certificates were lovely, however the external packaging included staples that pierced all printed documents ruining their appearance!

Made a mess of my order then said it was my fault refused to fix it unless I paid again for it when I rang to complain I felt like I was back in school been barked at.. wouldn’t recommend your services at all Sorry

Hi Darren, Thanks for the review. I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a one star review. You placed an order for a 3m x 1m pvc banner. The artwork you uploaded was a square and not how we ask it to be supplied. The prepress team thought this was strange and sent you an email stating this and also sent a pdf proof to approve before proceeding to print it, just to make 100% sure. You did respond to the pdf proof approving it to go to print. The pdf proof which you approved is exactly what we printed. Regardless of this, our team still offered to help with reprinting this order if you fixed your artwork. Unfortuantely, you ended the phone call after a a stream of expletives to our staff. Again I apologise that you were not happy, when ordering print in future with a print company please do check any pdf proofs that are sent to you as that is what will be printed.
