“Fundamental error made in the printing. Brought this up with them; and was told that they couldn't monitor the quality of outgoing documents. Appalled.”

Hi Stephen, I am sorry you felt the need to leave us a one star review after speaking with us. I have looked in to this and can see the fundamental error was an issue with your artwork rather than our printing. As my colleague explained to you, we are a direct to print service and require fully set up and print ready, we do not proof read orders or check designs. I can see that we have offered to assist you if you are able to amend the errors in your design. This offer to help still stands, if you are able to fix the design and wish to place a new order, please contact us first and we would be more than happy to arrange some discount on the new print. “I was nervous ordering from here as I hadn’t come across the website before. I sent away for my wedding invites that I had designed elsewhere just needed them to be printed. The quality was absolutely amazing and delivery time was very fast even though it was delayed by a day, it was still much quicker than most deliveries. I did spot an error on my part in my invite and got straight onto the live chat and my problem was sorted right away.”

“Over the last 8 years, we've used DigitalPrintingIreland a few times a year for a variety of print jobs. We've almost always been happy with the initial outcome. There have been a couple of issues but they have been very responsive and we've always been happy in the end. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

Unfortunately, we cannot print again until you have supplied artwork at the correct resolution. “Never printed a book before. These guys quickly sent me through a proof on my request. Used their recommended settings (for an informal book on family history - 8 copies!). Books turned up superquick and the quality is excellent. Fully recommend.”
