“I had an issue and it could not be resolved by online CHAT option (UK customer service agent). Frustrated, I called the Irish office ( Beflast) and spoke to Chris and told him my issue. He explained my error ( image upload on a rebeat order over 6 months, incorrect quality, I assumed they held the original on file). He not only sorced my original art work, he reprinted my origional stickers & sent straight away free of charge.!! He also forwarded a copy of my artwork for future use. Now that's what I call customer service 👏👏Thank you Chris for taking the time. I am a one person operation, but Chris assured me no matter what the size of my business or my order history, all customers are important. Now this is a company I want to do business with ! Thank you Chris”

“Fantastic service! The quality of the booklet was top notch exactly what I wanted. Loved how they got in contact to correct simple pixel issue- means they have high standards! I had one or two errors in ordering and response was super quick and super helpful! Great choice in size of products. Highly recommend will be using it again.”
