“I have my cards printed through digital printing Ireland. I must say the customer services are at par , communication and consents all really satisfactory. But I didn't get the result as I was expecting. May be it's a mistake from my part in the selection of card quality or what, no idea. But the print isnt a very good representation of the original colours. Only if after recieving my artwork, if I could have a suggestion or advice on a selected paper, may be that'd be a game changer.”

Hi Javeria Thank you for your correspondence with us. As discussed the issue lay with your artwork provided set up with RGB colours rather than the CMYK that we advise to create artwork with. We await your amended artwork to carry out a reprint for you. Many Thanks Luke DigitalPrinting

“My cards arrived 1 day late (which is perfectly fine) but without envelopes. I know have been waiting more than 2 weeks for it ( and counting ) which makes it impossible to send them in time. Customer service is not being honest about the delay and giving me false hope that will arrive at any minute.”

“The cards were printed and sent out in a timely fashion, they looked good and professional. Some extras were thrown in, which was a nice bonus. I would say that they were a bit darker and had a slightly pinker hue than the original photos. It would good to get some feedback as to whether this tends to be the case with everything, as I likely will order from you again in the future, and maybe I should adjust the images to make them paler and less pink before I send them? It was most obvious on the pale blue business card. Also, it would have been good if there was a way to save my previous order and order the exact same thing again in the future except in different quantities Overall, I was happy with the product and the support provided. With regards to the issue with the colours, we do recommend that artwork be sent through in CMYK colours rather than the standard RGB. RGB is designed for viewing on a lit monitor and screen and will appear duller on a printed page. CMYK will give a truer representation on your screen. There is information on this on our website. When make an account all orders placed using it will have the orders saved where you can select reorder.
