“Dear DP, Very good that you are asking for feedback. I am very satisfied with the printing and the binding of the books, but not with the cutting. There is only one size A5, but is a different size every time. Once it was even 5 millimeters shorter (you gave me 10 new books, so that is good dservice), but from the last 3 orders I did (1 last year) only the 1st one was the exact A5-size, the other 2 were at least 1 and 2 millimeters too short. It doesn't look good for the layout. The space beneath the text should not be less than I make it. I know you do this by hand (which surprises me), but please make A5 --> A5! “Very happy with the quality of the work undertaken by Digital Printing. I have placed 3 jobs since the beginning of the year and the quality has been consistently excellent on each occasion.
