“Easy to order, clear website, very fast delivery, really good quality product but best of all they identified a potential quality problem which was on our side before printing and warned us about it so we were able to rectify it. We’ve ordered from DPI many times and certainly will do so again. Great service”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for speaking with me today. After investigating the issue you raise, I can confirm that your files uploaded for print contain no bleed and artwork is very close to the edge in each pdf. In this instance you have ordered A6 (105x148mm) cards and provided A6 files however no bleed was added to your files and your images are extremely close to the edge. We ask for 3mm of bleed along each edge and where possible crop marks. We also ask that artwork is kept 3mm from the edge. This helps ensure that no artwork is cut off when trimmed to size. If placing an order in future please place the order and use our live chat facility to advise of the order number - We'll get our Team to check your files prior to print. “Speed of order/delivery and price were excellent. The steps to create your own sticker were fairly simple to navigate, but there didn't seem to be a preview available of how your product would actually appear. Mine was considerably darker than the image I had uploaded, but given all I have said previously it certainly was a 4 star experience. Would use again and would recommend, with the warning of the darker product of course. A preview while creating would be the best answer to the issue, maybe it was there somewhere, I didn't see it but I did order late one evening in a hurry and had the finished product in my hand 2-3 days later.”

As we offer an upload to print service we ask for print ready artwork to be supplied and do not offer pdf proofs as standard. These can be requested however if during your order you send us your artwork via email/WeTransfer. In your email/WeTransfer you can add to the pre-populated information and request a pdf proof for approval. Please note, requesting a proof may affect your estimated delivery date. Please also remember that if you supply us with an RGB file we need to convert your file to CMYK for print and this can result in a darker print. “Thus is my second time using Digital Printing, I found the service m, excellent, very on the ball, great communication for an online service, very helpful, the delivery was on time, the quality of the product is a 100% what you ordered, even got a bag of jellies in my delivery.
