“The service is excellent. From the beginning the communication with the team was fast and clear. My products needed some changes and they made sure I was 100% happy before going ahead. I cannot recommend it enough.”

“I am very happy with the product and the customer service. My only complaint is that there is no preview of uploaded artwork on the website before purchase. I am always paranoid that I have made a wrong selection on the size (as with my last order) or sized my artwork incorrectly, which could be solved with a preview section in the order process where you see your artwork on the size selected and how that will be printed. Just a small thing but would make a big difference in my opinion.”

We are a direct to print company and ask artwork to be provided print ready to go to automatic print for the next day despatch. “I ordered stickers, Kinga resized which was great and I signed off, I checked the QR Code that was important for me to have on and it worked on the proof she sent me. However, when I received the stickers the QR did not work rendering them unusable for me.”

Hi Bernie, Thanks for taking my call a few days ago. I have been trying to call you back to help you get some sticker prints you would be happier with. Unfortunately, my test print confirms the QR code would be too small on the sticker ordered and would need to be made quite a bit bigger to work. Please come back to me if you are able to redesign the artwork and I can have another test print made. Regards Ian.
