“very happy to deal with Digital Print, but having a really bad time with delivery, First job Damaged by DPD my second job has not been delivered on time, still awaiting delivery from DPD.”

We do always wish customers to receive orders safely but unfortunately, we do not have any control over the courier operations and although over 97% do arrive without issue some do encounter delays or damage and I am sorry you have had such experiences. We do follow up with the courier when we are informed of issues from customers and do all we can to resolve issues. I can see our production team have been emailing you regarding these.
